Why Witt Nation 2011 and what is your role on the trip : WHY NOT? Since graduating from Wittenberg 3 years ago, I have come to know that the Wittenberg alumnae base knows no boundaries. A Wittenberg alumnae could be your high school teacher, your doctor, your real estate agent, your neighbor, or the person you pass in the airport. Regardless of how involved that person is in your life, either a confidant or a stranger, a Wittenberger is always a friendly face and a welcoming conversation. It is a community of passionate, driven, determined, and civic-minded individuals who have been shaped by this place to find what their true calling in life. As an admission counselor and an alumna, it is an honor to recruit future generations of Wittenberg alumnae.
Favorite place on campus and why: Tough decision. I have great memories all over campus but one that is most meaningful would have to be the main entrance to campus. Looking at the fountain, the entrance is open with tall green trees and the red back drop of Myer’s Hall puts into perspective how beautiful this place is!
Interesting fact about yourself: I am slightly obsessed with Lady Gaga, I am terrified of snakes, and I don’t remember the last book I actually read cover to cover.
Road Trip Essentials: Sunglasses, gossip magazines, chap-stick & my iPad (latest version of Angry Birds)
