Thursday night, after the event, we had the privilege of staying with Craig Prain ’84 and family. They made us a wonderful gift basket of all things South Carolina and even introduced us to okra (not bad at all and nothing like brussel sprouts as I had once imagined).
Yet, the best gift of all was when Craig took us out on the boat! We had a beautiful night time boat ride around Lake Wylie and stopped at a lakeside bar (where we were unable to drink because none of us thought we needed our id’s on the boat trip and apparently we don’t look 23). I love boats and am glad that we got at least one boat ride in on this tour. Thank you to the Prains in Tega Cay S.C. we will be back soon!
