End Of An Era

For 43 years, Trudy Faber, professor of music, delighted audiences with her annual spring recital at Weaver Chapel. Her passion for music clearly displayed itself even more March 28 as she played the organ keys for the final time as a full-time faculty member.

Within just two months of launching, the newAlumni Network, accessible from the new university homepage, has welcomed more than 1,000 alumni into the new online community the network provides. In addition to offering a complete online directory of alumni, improved access to register for events, the ability to make a gift and a convenient way to stay connected with fellow alumni, the Alumni Network also interfaces with the popular social networking site of Facebook.
