Hey Everyone!
Now that Halloween has come and past the semester is quickly coming to a conclusion. I schedule for Spring Semester tomorrow. It’s exciting and nerve-wracking at the same time; I’m really happy that I get the chance to make my own decisions but I’m also worried that my top choices will be closed by then. So far there’s still room in all of them so here’s hoping 
Around campus there is evidence of impending winter as well as impending finals; the days are getting colder and the classes are getting harder. I love that moment when its just cold enough to see your breath but not so much so that you have to rush between buildings so you don’t lose a few limbs, so right now I’m really loving the weather. The days are shorter which makes getting work done a little more difficult; sitting in the library when its dark out just makes me want to nap! haha
On a related topic, Thanksgiving is two weeks away. I can’t wait to see my family and eat some seriously good food. I love that time of year when everyone comes home, regardless of how far away we spread out in the world the rest of the time.
This year I’m flying to California to visit my brother who’s in the Air Force. So I’m definitely going to say that I’m thankful for that opportunity, and the opportunity to study here at Witt as well!

If it’s a person, call them up and let them know you care, it spreads a feeling of warmth in a season of cold days and dark nights.
